5.     THE RISE OF COMMERCIAL BABYLON Revelation 17

 

He—among his many entitlements—is referred to as the PRINCE and KING OF TYRE – who morphs into the Satanic figure of the Last Days:  Ezekiel 26-28:23. Please see the incredible evidence as to who is this great end-times commercial empire as prophesied in the Word of God:  Richard Combs’ at the Tribulation Network’s Part XV of the Prophetic Sequence is done one of most awesome “Crime Scene Investigations” (CSI) and, to our understanding, complied both circumstantial, as well as hard evidence, to bring this exploitive farce to the bar of divine justice where the part of the Mystery Babylon shall be burned, destroyed before all—especially the Merchants of the Earth who shall wail over her demise!

 

“THEN I SAW THE SOULS OF THOSE WHO HAD BEEN BEHEADED FOR THEIR WITNESS TO JESUS AND FOR THE WORD OF GOD, WHO HAD NOT WORSHIPED THE BEAST OR HIS IMAGE, AND HAD NOT RECEIVED HIS MARK ON THEIR FOREHEADS OR ON THEIR HANDS.” Rev. 20:4

 

Here is the verse that exemplifies them who “overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto the death” (Revelation 12:11) – for these are they whose perseverance and patience have given them the victory over POLITICAL BABYLON (“who had not worshiped the Beast”); over RELIGIOUS BABYLON (“or his Image); and over COMMERCIAL BABYLON (“and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands”).

 

6.      RISE OF ZIONISM – THE CUP OF TREMBLING

 

ISRAEL – THE PEOPLE & LAND

 

In our last article, WHAT IS A JEW? – we brought out the final from of Anti-Semitism upon the globe:  ANTI-ZIONISM.  This, Israel’s materiality, as prophesied in the Bible, is grossly distorted by theological foes, and by the “nations gathered ‘round about her” (Psalm 2).

 

The Messianic Scenario by Pastor Doug Shearer is another must read.  Doug presents the theological dynamic and ramifications at work as a result of the commencement of the Messianic Scenario, Israel rebirth.  Israel is inseparably connected to the land—and that is precisely what so disturbs both replacement Christians, as well as most of the world.  This “cup of trembling” to all the nations ‘round about, simply will not be dismissed by the nations of the earth – especially disconcerting, and as the “man of peace,” will the Antichrist commence the 70th Week of Daniel’s prophecy with the infamous “Covenant with Death – Your Agreement with Hell (Sheol)” with “the many” (i.e., the majority of Israel), commencing both the rebuilding of Israel’s “Third Temple” (the so-called “Tribulation Temple”) as well as the Testimony of the Two Witnesses (Revelation 11:3-6) during the first 3 1/2 years or 1,260 days of Daniel’s 70th Week (Daniel 9:24-27).  The verses below solidify the Almighty’s covenant with Israel and the Land of Promise:

We heartily recommend your review of Tom Ice’s web site on his mater and his refutation on Replacement theology: (Modern Israel’s Right to the Land).  Recent efforts of a heady group of Evangelicals to persuade he President of these United States to “strengthen” the President’s resolve for a “two-state solution” (i.e., an independent Israel and an independent Palestine)  make all these events ominous in light of Bible Prophecy.

7.      WARS AND RUMORS OF WARS THE THREE         PROPHETIC WARS

 

(a)              THE ORACLE OF DAMASCUS – Isaiah 17-18; Zechariah 9

 

(b)             THE GOG-MAGOG WAR – Ezekiel 38-39:16; Daniel 11:40-45)

 

(c)      THE CAMPAIGN OF ARMAGEDDON & SECOND COMING OF        CHRIST– Ezekiel 39:17-20; Zechariah 12:1-8; 14:1-4;

          Revelation 16:12-16:11-21; Joel  3:9-17

 

These are the major “Prophetic Wars” of the Last Days.  The “Oracle of Damascus” is nigh upon us – it will involve the primary foes of Israel as outlined in Isaiah 17-18 and Zechariah 9; including, Gaza, Lebanon, Syria and what is now the Palestinian Authority or “Stronghold of Ephraim.”  We strongly urge you to see the following articles on this subject:

 

THE ROAD TO DAMASCUS – This conflict will be the terminus of the Arab-Israel Conflict (the SEVENTH in a string of wars between Israel and her Arab neighbors) and is mentioned, as well, at the close of vs. 26 of Daniel chapter 9:  “And till the end of the war desolations are determined.”  FIVE distinct results issue from this first of the “Prophetic Wars” –

 

(1)  Damascus will become a “ruinous heap” – uninhabitable according to the above Scriptures.

(2)  Secular Zionism will wane among the Israelis.

(3)  A “mystery nation” will launch a massive “peace offensive” between Israel and her antagonists.

(4)  Revival will break out in the immediate nations surrounding Israel.

(5)  The leader of the “mystery nation” will, I submit, be the Antichrist who shall conclude the peace between the majority of Israel (“the many”) and Israel’s antagonists.

 

 

  

 

The constellation of nations involved in the Gog-Magog War occurs in both Daniel 11:40-45 and in Ezekiel 38; 39:1-16 and pits:

 

The KING OF THE SOUTH:  Egypt, Libya and Sudan (ancient Ethiopia)

The KING OF THE NORTH:  Persia (Iran), the peoples of Turkey

 

Against:

 

The nations of the Saudi Arabia Peninsula:  Sheba and Dedan

 

Allied with:  The Ships of Tarshish – the West.

 

 

NOTE:  The Oracle of Damascus will occur prior to the orchestration of the “Defense Pact” between Antichrist and the majority of Israelis; the Gog-Magog War occurs AFTER the Treaty is signed when the infamous “Wall” turns Israel into a nation of “walled villages”; and before the mid-way point of the Tribulation Period and/or the 70th Week of Daniel’s prophecy.

 

 

8.      THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS AND THE TWO          WITNESSES

 

 

The TWO WITNESSES of Revelation 11 are not two individuals – they are corporate beings and represent the culmination of God’s masterpiece from Abraham unto the commencement of the Seventieth Week of Daniel’s prophecy—a period of approximately 4,000 years (i.e., 2,000 years from Abraham to Christ; and 2,000 years from the birth of the Church unto the commencement of the Seventieth Week of Daniel).

 

They are the Almighty’s prevailing witness to (1) The Gentile World Powers (Israel) and to (2) The Principalities and Powers in High Places (the Church) – they will and have testified during these 4,000 years, but their witness will culminate during the Seventieth Week of Daniel and they shall have total authority to do so during the first half of the Week – 1,260 days – they are the Two Olives Trees (Israel) and the Two Lampstands (the Church).

 

They are the TWO SONS OF OIL (Zerubbabel the Governor or the Civil Authority – ISRAEL – and Joshua (Jesus) the High Priest – the Church) – they clearly represent the State and the Church from God’s divine perspective wherein “peace between them both” (i.e., the Kingship-State and the Priesthood-Church) has been accomplished through the “Crowning of Joshua the High Priest as found in Zechariah 6.

 

These two are the HOLY CITY, Jerusalem of both Revelation 11:2 and Revelation 21:2, 10-21 and are juxtaposed to the GREAT CITY, Babylon of Revelation 11:8; 16:19; Revelation 16:19 and Revelation 17-19.  Please see the TWO WITNESSES.

 

Decisively, all of the above demands a Post-Tribulation synthesis – the Church and Israel will testify, endure and survive the Seventieth Week of Daniel and be raptured at its close, prior to the Wrath of the Lamb (Revelation 11:11-14).

 

There is no random selection of chronological phrases within Revelation 11.  They who constrict the 70 weeks of Daniel to the exclusive purview of “years only” (i.e., “these are clearly not seven-day weeks, but rather weeks’ of years”) – and whereas the New International Version uses the word “sevens” instead of “weeks” – brings no resolution to the supposed “arbitrary” use of the 3 1/2 days spoken of in Revelation 11:9, 11, wherein the BODY (corpse – singular) of the Two Witnesses lies in the “street of the great city” (Rev. 11:8), and “after the three-and-a-half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them” – immediately following is their corporate resurrection prior to the Wrath of the Lamb and the judgment upon Babylon the Great (see Revelation 18:4 as a call of “rapture” prior to Babylon the Great’s judgment).  No, these three-and-one-half days mirror the forty-two months in which the Holy City is trodden under foot in Revelation 11:2, juxtaposed to the same time frame used in the description of the Reign of the Beast for forty-two months found in Revelation 13:5-7; the “time, times and half a time” seen in Daniel 12:7, juxtaposed to the Woman’s preservation (“those that are alive and survive” the Reign of the Beast) found in Revelation 12:14; and the persecution of the Two Witnesses by the Beast from the bottomless pit in Revelation 11:7.  The “middle of the week” spoken of in Daniel 9:27 and the issuant “abominations shall be one who makes desolate” is the actual “Abomination of Desolation” spoken of by Jesus concerning Daniel’s prophecy, as well as the commencement of the persecution of the aforementioned saints within the crucible of the “Great Tribulation” – i.e., the final 3 1/2 years, or 3 1/2 days, or 42 months, or time, times and half a time of the latter half of Daniel’s 70th Week.  Yes, Daniel’s “weeks” are “weeks of years” but the metaphor used is a “week” which has seven DAYS within it.

 

9.      THE FINAL REVIVALS REAPING OF THE     HARVEST

 

A vast series of revivals or harvests will occur during the End of Days, culminating in “Multitudes, multitudes in the Valley of Decision, for the Day of the Lord is at hand, in the Valley of Decision” (Joel 3).  That means that even during the final 30 days of the Reign of the Beast (see Daniel 12:11-12) – during the Wrath of the Lamb – there will be “multitudes” offered the “cup of salvation” – those who have not taken the Mark of the Beast.  These revivals are contained within Scripture dealing with the final Prophetic Wars, as well as the testimony of the Two Witnesses, calling humankind to repentance:

 

After the Oracle of Damascus – Isaiah 17:4-8

 

After the Gog-Magog War - Ezekiel 38:23

 

During Armageddon – Joel 3:14; Ezekiel 39:21-29 (Israel’s Awakening)

 

The Testimony of the Two Witnesses – Rev. 11; 6:9-17 and Rev. 20:4 (The Great Multitude – the Tribulation Saints)

 

The Final Harvest – Revelation 14:14-16 (Prior to the Wrath of the Lamb)

 

The Harvest of Wrath – Rev. 14:17-20

 

10.       THE PROPHETIC RESPONSE

 

With this sure word of prophecy – WHAT SHALL THIS MAN DO?  HOW SHALL WE THEN LIVE?

 

Luke 21:34-36; Matt. 24:13; I Peter 1:13-16; II Peter 3:11-12, 14a; I Peter 4:7-8; Rev. 13:10, 14:12

 

These sobering responses should prepare the 10 virgins with sufficient oil to meet the Bridegroom; however, the five ”foolish virgins” (Matthew 25:2-8) will not take heed to this more sure word of prophecy and shall enter that final period mentioned in Daniel 12:11:

 

“And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination of desolation is set up (the mid-point of Daniel’s Seventieth Week or after the prevailing testimony of the Two Witnesses), there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days” (or 30 days beyond the 1,260 days or 42 months or 3.5 years or 3.5 days, or time, times and half a time) – this is the time of the WRATH OF THE LAMB of Babylon’s Judgments!

 

The 45 days which succeed these 30 days will be the time for the judgment of the nations by the Coming King, the Son of Man, the Son of David – King of Kings, and Lord of Lords (see Daniel 12:12 – “Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days.”) BEHOLD I COME QUICKLY – THE SPIRIT AND THE BRIDE SAY COME – REVELATION 22:17 – for the Holy Spirit has fully prepared the Bride of the Lamb – “Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus! (Revelation 22:20).

Yes, there are perhaps many unanswered questions – but we earnestly encourage you to “go to and fro throughout the Book to determine the purposes of God” – thereby fulfilling Daniel 12:4 yourself!
